The first phase of of an apartment complex vital to the housing needs of a university town like Bozeman, MT.
The Challenges
When Rotherham construction needed cabinets for 72 individual apartment units, all to be delivered in a span of three weeks, they came to Simkins Hallin’s cabinet department. We have the purchasing power to offer the absolute pricing, and the delivery and warehouse facilities to deliver the product in a timely fashion.
We used a combination of direct ship (semi loads of cabinets drove directly from the factory to the jobsite), warehousing in Simkins facilities, and on-site storage. All this just to be sure that the job remained on schedule, and installers had everything they needed when they needed it. The job came in one time and on budget.
